From the M5
- From M5 Junction 29 (signposted Exeter Airport)
- Turn right following signs for Exeter City Centre and A3015.
- At 1st roundabout – straight on – City Centre and A3015
- Next roundabout follow City Centre signs only.
- At next lights follow City Centre and carry on through Heavitree, at fork in road keep right.
- At next roundabout take 2nd Exit into Paris Street, follow Crediton and University signs across City Centre and carry on until Clock Tower Roundabout.
- At Clock Tower take last exit into Elm Grove Rd, turn left at top of road in Howell Road.
- We are 100 metres on right.

From A30 and A38 from the West (South Devon and Cornwall)
- From A38 (at junction 31 of the M5), exit onto A30.
- From the A30, exit at the Alphington Junction (signposted Exeter), at the roundabout follow signs for the A377 (signposted Exeter).
- Continue along the A377 and at the Exe Bridge roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Bonhay Road (signposted A377 Crediton).
- Continue along Bonhay Road past Exeter St Davids Train Station which will be on your left until you come to a double mini roundabout.
- Turn right around both roundabouts onto St Davids Hill (signposted City Centre). Continue up St Davids Hill to a mini roundabout and bear left onto Hele Road.
- After a short distance you will see St Davids Church on your right and then the Buller Statue (man on horse) on the left.
- At traffic lights turn right onto New North Road, after about 100 metres you will see the Clock Tower.
- Take 1st exit at the Clock Tower roundabout (Ghandi restaurant on corner) into Elm Grove Road.
- Drive to end of Elm Grove Road about 200 metres, then turn left onto Howell Road.
- Park View Bed & Breakfast is 100 metres on the right.

By Train
Exeter St Davids
We are a 5 minute walk from Exeter St Davids Railway Station.
- On leaving the station, walk straight across the road. You will see St Clements Lane with a sign directing you to the City Centre & University, follow this pathway which will take you to St Davids Hill.
- At the top of the lane, cross at the zebra crossing and go straight into Howell Road (you will see the Imperial Weatherspoons pub on the left).
- Walk to the top of this 1st part of Howell Road, and then cross over the road into the 2nd part of Howell Road
- After 20 metres the road bends to the right.
- Park View is 50 metres on the left pass the hedge.
Please Note: St Clements Lane & Howell Road are very steep and if you have difficulty walking, or have heavy bags to carry, you may prefer to take a taxi.
There is a 24 hour taxi company (Capital Taxis – 01392 434343 – www.exeter.tc) located at Exeter St Davids Railway Station. The journey will take approximately 2 -3 minutes and cost in the region of £4.00. Once at Park View, it is just a short level walk into the City Centre.
Exeter Central
We are approximately 4 – 5 minute level walk from Exeter Central Railway Station.
- On leaving the station, turn right onto Queen Street and continue to walk along Queen Street until you come to the Clock Tower.
- Cross into Elm Grove Road (Ghandi restaurant on the corner) and walk to end about 200 metres, and turn left onto Howell Road.
- Park View B&B is 100 metres on the right.

From the Bus and Coach Station
There is a 24 hour taxi rank at the Bus and Coach Station. The journey will take approximately 5 minutes and will cost about £5.00 or pre book a taxi with Capital Taxis – 01392 434343 – www.exeter.tc.
Walking will take about 15 minutes.
- On leaving the Bus and Coach Station, turn right onto Paris Street and walk up the hill pass 2 sets of traffic lights. (New North Road)
- Carry on along New North Road, pass rear entrance to Central Rail station, keep left at mini roundabout, until you get to the Clock Tower.
- Turn right at the Clock Tower into Elm Grove Road (Ghandi restaurant on the corner), and walk to end about 200 metres, and turn left onto Howell Road.
- Park View Bed & Breakfast is 100 metres on the right.
