The Park View is a small, family run guest house accommodation set in a Grade II listed Georgian building within walking distance of Exeter city centre with its Cathedral and excellent shopping centres.

Noted for its peace and quiet, overlooking Bury Meadow Park, it’s also within easy walking distance of Exeter University and Northcott Theatre, is close to bus and rail stations and is an ideal base for any Exeter Chiefs rugby matches.

We have 12 rooms, all with television, tea and coffee making facilities and direct dial telephones. We also have free off-street parking and Wi-Fi for guests staying at our B&B.
